The weaving process has uniform tension, which solves the problems of deviation and deformation in the prepreg process. The fabric surface is smooth and beautiful. The warp and weft yarn of widened carbon fiber fabric has small degree of buckling in the fabric, reduces the bending and "grid" phenomenon of fiber bundle in the fabric, reduces the gap rate, improves the surface flatness of the fabric, and the composite material has high fiber volume content and superior mechanical properties.
